Our Universal 14-Day Return and 1-Year Quality Guarantee:

- All products are eligible for a no-questions-asked return within 14 days of receipt, and if any quality issues arise within a year of purchase, we offer free repair or replacement for both online and in-store orders.
- If a return or exchange is necessitated by an error on our part, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs.
- If the return is due to the customer's choice of incorrect color or model, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


How to Proceed with Your Return or Exchange:

Online Purchases:

  1. Contact us at with your order number (format: MobieauXXXX), and photos of the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Follow the guidance of our customer service team to return the product to any of our physical stores or to our designated return address.
  3. We will process your return or exchange within 2 business days upon receipt.

In-Store Purchases:

- For items purchased in-store, please return to the purchasing location with the product for immediate service regarding repair, replacement, or refund.


If You Cannot Visit a Store:

  1. Email with proof of purchase, the store of purchase (to help us locate your order), and photos of the product.
  2. Follow the guidance of our customer service team for the return process.
  3. Your return or exchange will be processed within 2 business days.
